Myth or Truth

Drink two big glasses of water after wake up can keep various illnesses from yourself?

Do you believe in that? The story is like this: drink two big glasses of water every morning after you wake up from the bed but before you brush your tooth.

Someone said this practise can keep us from illnesses and make our body evergreen. The water you drink is preferred to be normal water temperature that means not warm, hot or cold (taken out from refrigerator) water. This practice can help our digestive tract to function well and replace the water we have lost during our sleep.

Some even prefer that adding some salt in the water will be better because our body lost sodium through perspiration during our sleep. So adding some salt will help our body to recover from that.

Some  while after you take your two big glasses of water, you will feel that you want to go to the toilet. This mean that this can help your digestive tract to clear out.

Of course, this practise can ensure you a nice day. Why I say this? Because this can help you to become more concentrate on your works or your study. You will also won’t feel sleepy easily during your teacher is teaching or you are having a boring meeting. Besides that, your body will also feels comfortable throughout the day.

So, let’s think about your health after you wake up. If you trust it, then try it and let’s see the results.

Health is better than wealth.
