Don’ts After Exercise

Today, many of us started exercise regularly because of healthy reason. But many of us commit some improper habits after exercising. These bad habits will give negative effects to our body in long-term. Let’s see if you have these habits or not

1. Don’t drink a large amount of water because of thirst after exercising.Drinking large amount of water will cause you to have bulky feeling in your stomach.

 

2. Don’t rest immediately after exercising. This will cause your body to feel tired because your body don’t have enough time to cool down.

3. Don’t bath immediately after exercising. When we exercise, our skin pores will open up and the rise of body temperature will expand our veins. So bathing will cause our veins to contract in short period of time.

4. Don’t take in too much sugar after exercising. Taking sugar will increase your body metabolism and you will feel tired easily.

5. Don’t smoke cigarette after exercising. Smoking will cause your lungs to become fatigue and you will need more oxygen.

 

6. Don’t drink liquor after exercising. Drinking liquor after exercising will cause your body to feel tired. Instead you should drink a suitable amount of water.

English Premier League Winner 2010

The following is my prediction on the winner of the English Premier League 2010. I think you will have the same opinion as me which is the winner of this season EPL title winner will be Chelsea.

The reason why I choose Chelsea are very clear. One of the reason is that we can see that Chelsea can be considered the strongest contender for the EPL title. Chelsea show the most consistence performances in this season. Even Man Utd cannot be compared to Chelsea. Arsenal although show improvement and maturity but their young squad was not the real contender yet.

This season is going to end soon. Arsenal still has to visit Man City which I personally think that they are going to lost. Miracle only will happen if the return of Van Persie can help Wenger back on his foot. Man Utd will have a tough match on their visit to Eastland and it is difficult to decide who will be the winner.

On the other hand Chelsea only have to experience the test from the Tottenham. If they pass this match, I think they will progress smoothly in the following matches. If you consider Liverpool, you better forget about it. With Torres injuring, Liverpool on sale, players having low forms, manager under pressure and having topsy-curvy performance in recent run, they are not going to win over fire packed Chelsea.

Everyone can see that the chance for Chelsea to get the trophy is so high as the midday sun. Do you agree with me?

Champions League:Barcelona vs Arsenal

Barcelona has just beaten north Londoner that is Arsenal with a superb display that saw them came from behind to beat Arsenal 4-1.

Arsenal get their first touch through Nicklas Bendtner in the 18th minutes when Bendtner get the first goal for his club. But the unstoppable Messi picked up his form and put Barcelona through the last eight of the Champions League.

Arsenal loss their regular captain,Fabregas in this match and the post was taken by Almunia. Arsenal take the lead in 18th minutes but was unable to take full advantage of this goal. Messi scored in the 21st,37th and 42nd minutes. Arsenal’s young gunners just can resist the well-performed Spaniard.

Just two minutes before the 90th minutes,Messi again lengthen the gap between Barca and Arsenal. The goals from Messi gave Barca a 6-3 aggregate to face Inter Milan in the semi-final.

After the match,even Wenger praised Messi and Bendtner also hailed the performance of the Spaniard. The clash between Barca and Inter will again set up a suspense-packed match for all football fans. In last night match, Inter beat CSKA Moscow 1-0.

On another match tonight, Man United will face Bayern Munich without their star striker, Rooney. This match will give Bayern the chance to enter the last four. Bayern will be led by their skillful midfielder, Ribery who scored a goal against Man United in the last match.

Despite losing Rooney, Ferguson still has Korean midfielder, Park in thee starting lined-up. Just sit back and enjoy the nice match ahead tonight.  

 

Chelsea Go To The Top

Chelsea have just beaten Manchester United to go to the top of the English Premier League table. Chelsea took the lead at the 20th minute where they got their first goal through Cole. The second goal was contributed by Drogba. While Man Utd got their sole goal through Machela who came out as a substitute.

Now Chelsea have 74 points, two points clear from Man Utd who have 72 points. And Arsenal who beat Wolves with 1-0 at four minutes to the stoppage time. This goal came from Nicklas Bendtner by using a header. So Arsenal is having 71 points, three points from Chelsea.

Now with five games to go before the end of this EPL season, can Arsenal still be considered in the title race? It is hard to make the conclusion int his stage, but I think that the chance for Arsenal to grab the title is a bit hard cause Chelsea is not a weak team and have consistency in their performance. The percentage of Chelsea getting the title is the most between these three teams.

What about Alex Ferguson? I think this team is having a small chance of getting the tile because they still have to face against their big foe like Man City and Tottenham. But I think they can get pass Tottenham but the rivalry between them and Man City will have some unexpected result.Remember dont try to write off Arsenal yet although they are missing Fabregas and Gallas. So just wait patiently to see which team will be the King in this season.

Arshavin’s Opinion

“Arsenal won’t win the EPL title this season.”. Can you imagine that these words came out from Andrei Arshavin’s mouth. But sorry to say, he just said this recently. Arsenal is still chasing for the English Premier League champions crown but these words just hurt so much in their effort to take down the title. Now, Arsenal is two points off Manchester United who is on the top of the table and one point apart from Chelsea.Arshavin thought that his teammates can’t complete with the others who are chasing the title. He lamented that Arsenal is lacking more mature players from other parts of world. During the pre-season signing window, Arsene Wenger just signed for one player that is Thomas Vermaelen who was from Ajax. After that, Wenger opt for Sol Campbell with a free transfer in January.

Additionally, Arsenal is losing their key players like Van Persie, Ramsey and Gibbs for a long time. Arshavin stated that without the variety of players, they will have a less diversity in attacking. So their opponents will just see their combination easily.

But have you considering Arsenal smooth performances in their recent matches, Arshavin? Arsenal had won several EPL matches in a row without their star striker, Van Persie and influential midfielder, Fabregas. This already shows that young Guns starting to become more mature in their skills and mental strength.

In same statement, Arshavin admitted that he is not as good as other overseas players like Torres, Drogba and his captain, Fabregas. He said:” I do not have a sense of stability in my game. I feel I can match them and sometimes when I catch some inspiration I show performances that are on the same level or close to them. But I still not as consistent as them.”

 

 

Why Men Like To Watch Football Matches

Do you ever wonder why man like to watch football? If yes, have you try to check it out? Now, I am going to tell you the truth about this fact.

According to a recent research, men are tend to watch something round in shape. Something round in shape means like football, basketball, tennis and etc. So this is why men can fully concentrate on watching football without giving any attention to their surrounding.

Besides that, men alway think that footballers are like heroes. So they admired them a lot. But not a lot the men have the ability to play good football, so they will watch football matches and imagine that they are the player in the game. When that particular footballer hits the net, they will feel satisfied.

Wow! Finally the last eight of champion league 2010 draw came out. Arsenal will face Barcelona and this will be the most interesting battles between all of the matches. Arsenal currently was on their high and Barcelona also not bad too. So Arsenal will miss Van Persie but Barcelona are having Messi. One wonderful fact is that Henry will face his ex-fans and club. Is this the battle between Wenger and Henry? This match is really unpredictable. 

Next is the match between Bayern Munich and Manchester United. Although Bayern can be considered good but I think Manchester United is better.The performance of Man Utd. in recent matches can be considered consistent. So personally I think that the percentage of Man Utd. winning the match is slightly higher.

On Inter Milan’s chance getting through to the semifinal is brighter than Moscow – watch out for Mourinho. Lastly, may be you can bet on Lyon to go into the semis.

World No.1 Grab 1st All-England Title

World No.1 Datuk Lee Chong Wei from Malaysia had gained his first career champions in All-England Super Series. This was the first successive one in his seven attempts to take down the men single champions title. Last year, he made it to the final but was unable to become the champions after losing to Super  Dan from China. However, this year without the presence of Lin Dan in the way to the final, he finally get the title after batting with Kenichi Tago from Japan, 21-19,21-19, it was a close shave. He was fortunate enough to  get the champions in the 100th All-England. He said he get indescribable feeling after the match. He also specially thanked his sifu, Misbun Sidek for his coaching.

The shirt that Lee wore during the final will be auctioned off by Solibad ( Solidarity Badminton Foundation ) and the money gained from the auction will be donated to education fund for the children at the Sanctuary Care Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.For those who are interested in this auction, please log on to www.solibad.net to  get more information.

Arsenal’s Victory

Arsenal cruised to victory last night at Emirates Stadium with a convincing 3-1 win over Celtic. So Arsenal successfully get a 5-1 score in aggregate. Arsenal also successful to complete in the Group Stages of the Champions League for the 12th consecutive times. The scorers for Arsenal in second leg tie with Celtic were Edurdo through penalty from the penalty spot, Eboue and Arshavin after three minutes he was out to replace Eboue. Arsenal already picked up two goals during the first leg at Celtic Park last week and Edurdo’s goal means that the chance for Celtic to enter the Group Stage of the Champion League is very tiny. Unfortunately, the goal delivered by Eboue at 8 minutes after the half time totally blanked out the chance for Celtic to survive in this match. Although Donati from Celtic delivered a late goal at 90th minute but this goal was too late and too little for Celtic. Lastly, this victory for Arsenal in mid-week will probably strengthen the confidence of the players ready for the clash with Manchester United in Saturday.
